PEI Combination Bench Centre, a testing device of highest accuracy - enables quick inspection of work pieces in any machine shop.
Special Features
- Parallelism of centres whtin 0.01 over 300 mm in both the directions.
- Parallelism of T-slot for dial gauge sliding within 0.01 over 300 mm of the centre.
- Centres adjustable in any position on the bed.
- One of the centres spring-loaded to ensure uniform pressure while holding work pieces and easy loading and unloading, without disturbing the accuracy of centres.
- Rigid base made of close grained heavy duty casting conforming to BHN 180 - 210.
- Stress - relieved bed finished to high degree of accuracy, by hand scraping.
- Centres made out of suitable tool steel, hardened to HRC 60-62. Sliding and fixed bushes, holding centres, made of chrome Manganese case-hardening steel, hardened to HRC 58-60 and ground finished to high accuracy.
- Additional 'V' aligned and matched on top of each centre.
- P.C.D. checking device at extra cost.
